Why we started TestPrep
More and more employers use online tests and games early in their selection process. For candidates this often feels like a black box: you do not know what to expect, the time pressure is high and there is little reliable information available.
We started TestPrep to change that. Our team in Amsterdam develops the practice material, lessons and games in house, and keeps them up to date as assessments change. That way you practise with material that reflects what you will actually encounter.

How TestPrep works
Whether you face a game-based assessment or a traditional capacity test, you prepare in three steps.

Choose your assessment
Select the assessment you have been invited to: game-based, a specific test provider, an employer or individual modules.
- Step 2
Learn the approach, then practise
Short lessons cover strategy and common pitfalls. You then apply them straight away with realistic questions and games.
- Step 3
Improve with feedback
Your dashboard shows your results per module and where you lose time, so you know exactly what to work on before the real assessment.
