What is included in this bundle?
This bundle has been put together for anyone preparing for the AkzoNobel assessment, which is administered by GITP. You practice the components that appear most often in this assessment: an aptitude test and a personality test, including a Big5 personality test. This gives you a good impression of the structure and of the way your answers are assessed.
The aptitude test in particular requires targeted preparation. In this component, your results are compared with a norm group, which makes it important that you become familiar with the question types and the pace. In the bundle, you therefore practice the types of tasks you may encounter during the assessment, such as matrices, analogies, number sequences, and figure sequences.
Who is this bundle intended for?
This bundle is suitable for candidates who have received an invitation for the GITP online assessment and want to know what to expect. If you like to practice in a structured way and want insight into the questions in advance, this bundle helps you work more purposefully. The exact components you will receive are stated in your invitation email or in GITP’s online platform.
How is the practice structured?
The modules are aligned with the main parts of the aptitude test and build your understanding of the different question types step by step. This allows you to practice per component with recognizing patterns, analyzing relationships, and working under time pressure. The content is focused on understanding and practice, so that you become more familiar with the structure of the assessment.
- Analogies: verbal reasoning
- Matrices: abstract reasoning
- Figure sequences: abstract reasoning
- Number sequences: pattern recognition and quick calculation
With this preparation, you are not only working on your knowledge of the questions, but also on your familiarity with the test format. This can help you work more calmly and purposefully during the assessment, so that you can better show what you are capable of.
